Fees

  • Non-refundable fees: registration and test fees.
  • Registration fee confirms registration, with Verification form signed by St. Daniel the Prophet's Pastor for Plan A and an out of Parish Verification form signed by your Pastor for Plan B. (please see Tuition plans)

St. Daniel the Prophet School accepts students of any race, creed or national origin.



Admission Requirements for new students
    Grades 1 through 8

  • (Grade 1) Must be 6 years old by September 1 (Arizona law)
  • Submit copy of birth certificate
  • Provide Sacramental Certificates
  • Submit copy of report card and
  • Submit copy of standardized test results
  • Submit a letter of recommendation from present teacher
  • Interview with Principal
  • Provide documents for proof of immunization
