iturgical Music Ministry

Participating in music requires one thing and one thing only: the desire to sing praise to God. That’s it. Now, of course, those who wish to participate actively in St. Daniel’s Music Ministry need also commit to 1 rehearsal and 1 Mass per week, minimum.

Rehearsals

* Adult English Choir
Wednesday's, 6:30 p.m. In the Church
The rehearsal encompasses cantor's and choir members for the
4 p.m. Saturday and the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Masses.

 

* Spanish Choir
Sunday's, 11:30 a.m. in the Church
This rehearsal is subject to change. This group provides music for our 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Spanish Masses.

 

 

Dear St. Daniel Parishioners:

God said: “Make a Joyful Noise.” To be involved in music ministry is to pray twice. To join ones voice with others, no matter how big or how small; how trained or not; can or cannot read music; is an honor and a privilege. Come, join us. Enjoy a relaxing time each week learning beautiful music, making harmonies, and preparing to minister with voices joined at the sacrifice of the Mass. It doesn’t get any better than that. I know, I’ve been doing this for 37 years. God bless and thank you.
